In deference to this Court’s earlier order dated 18.02.2026, Ms. R. Devi, Page No.# 2/2 learned CGC representing the Union of India has produced a bunch of papers relating to Review Medical Examination Report in terms of this Court’s judgment & order dated 03.05.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 7804/2017. 2. A cursory glance at the aforesaid documents goes to show that the Medical Review Board was held, consisting of two Medical Officers, and based on opinion of a Neurologist that the petitioner has a fine tremor of both the hands, he was held to be unfit. 3. Accordingly, this Court is of the opinion that the judgment & order dated 03.05.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 7804/2017 is complied with. 4. In view of the afoersaid, this contempt petition stands closed. 5. A copy of the communication so furnished by Ms. R. Devi, learned counsel for the respondent/contemnor is kept on record.
