ORAL ORDER
1. In this Writ Petition, petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations at Annexure-J series in terms of the order passed by this Court on 24.03.2017 (Annexure-B) in W.P.No.16822-824/2015 and thereby effect mutation and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pertaining to the schedule property.
2. This Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, at para Nos.2 and 3, has held as follows:
“ 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The Respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representations dated 09.05.1996, 03.11.2003 vide Annexures-K and N respectively, to effect the entries in all the revenue records as per the direction issued by Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.17/1996 dated 24.04.1996,

vide Annexure-H and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
3. Following the finding recorded in the above Writ Petition, respondent Nos.2 to 5 are hereby directed to consider the representation at Annexure-J series within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
