Heard Sri Rajnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The order dated 09.09.2025 by which enquiry was directed to be initiated against the petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. It is argued by Sri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel that a charge-sheet has already been issued to the petitioner pursuant to the aforesaid order and reply to the same has already been submitted hence no interference is sought for by this Court. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to direct the authorities to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner expeditiously, which has not been opposed by Sri Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 5. Without interfering with the order dated 09.09.2025, the disciplinary authority is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
