JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to consider the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010199202025 NC: 2026:KHC:46312 WP No. 11167 of 2025 representation dated 19.07.2024, vide Annexure-H2. The petitioner has also sought consideration of the final memorandum dated 14.10.1992 issued by respondent No.3, produced vide Annexure - F, wherein the petitioner has made a request to pay the entire ad hoc pension and death-cum retirement gratuity, along with all arrears and interest at the rate of 8% per annum, by duly considering the representation. 2. Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider Annexure - H in terms of the final memorandum dated 14.10.1992 issued by respondent No.3 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the Additional Government Advocate and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER The writ petition is disposed off directing the respondent to consider Annexure - H2 in terms of the order passed by respondent No.3 vide Annexure - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010199202025 NC: 2026:KHC:46312 WP No. 11167 of 2025 -F and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
