1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has qualified in the NEET examination and the counselling is going on but due to the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, the authorities are not providing the domicile certificate and other certificates to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to appear in the counselling.
2. Petitioner submits that due to the deletion of his name the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate tribunal and prayed for disposal of the appeal as early as possible.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
4. WPA 20396 of 2026 is disposed of.
5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
