The contention of the petitioner is that in terms of Annexure P-1 dated 05.12.2025, the petitioner has been transferred from Tara Devi Unit of the respondent-Corporation to Joginder Nagar Unit, but, he has not been relieved till date. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits on instructions that the petitioner shall be relieved by 03.03.2026. 2 4. Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner be relieved by the Authority latest by 05.03.2026 and in case needful is not done by the authorities, then, there shall be a deemed relieving of the petitioner and as after 05.03.2026, the petitioner shall be entitled to join at Joginder Nagar on the strength of this order passed by this Court. 4.
