Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that due to inadvertence, no one appeared on the date of hearing, when the matter was taken up for hearing and the case was dismissed for want of prosecution. He would further submit that the applicant is interested in pursuing this matter and has a good case on merits. 3.
