Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representations dated 06.09.2025 and 06.07.2026 vide Annexures-H and H1 and praying to grant the proportionate service weightage for the academic years 2010-2011 and 2011-12 while computing the total marks of the petitioner for selection process and - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010464322026 NC: 2026:KHC:46632 WP No. 21129 of 2026 consequently, declare the petitioner eligible for selection against the post of Kannada Teacher. Despite submitting the representations vide Annexures-H and H1, the respondents are not considering the same. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel fro respondent No.2 submits that if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 will consider the representations vide Annexures-H and H1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3.
