The petitioner in this writ petition prays for direction upon the respondent No.3 (the Circle Officer, Lesliganj) to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 666 of 2025-26 which is pending before him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for mutation and though the case has been registered and same has not yet been disposed of. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if the application is pending, an appropriate order will be passed at the earliest. 5. Considering the said submissions, I direct the respondent No. 3 (the Circle Officer, Lesliganj) to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 666 of 2025-26 preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order and furnish a copy of the final order to the petitioner. 6.
