At the outset, Ms. Shinde, learned APP, points out that there are seven criminal antecedents against the Applicant which have not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. She submits that the details of the same are set out on Page 47 in Police Report. 2. In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Shinde, learned APP, Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application. Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with leave as sought.
