JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation seeking consideration of the appointment to the post of Junior Assistant. However, despite the said representation, the respondents have neither considered the same nor passed any order thereon. Hence, this with petition. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider Annexure - C and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the respondents and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation vide Annexure C and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
