Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got an offer of appointment from France but due to deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list, it is not possible for the petitioner to move out from India as the authority is not allowing the petitioner to go out of India and prays for expeditious disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Appellate Tribunal. 2. In view of the above, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petitioner stands disposed of. 4. Urgent certified Photostat copy, if applied for, be given to the parties after compliance with all requisite formalities.
