Boro, learned counsel representing the respondent No. 2, are present. 2. The matter pertains to non-payment of pensionary benefit to the petitioner, who superannuated from service on 31.05.2019. 3. Taking note of the dispute, the parties were referred to Mediation by this Court under its order dated 14.08.2025. 4. A report has been submitted by the Secretary, Gauhati High Court Mediation Centre, which goes to show that the dispute has already been resolved and the petitioner has received his pension from 27.12.2024 till date and that the petitioner is having no grievance as on date. 5.
