Mr. Soumya Nag Ms. Namrata Chatterjee ….for the defacto complainant. Mr. Kallol Mondal, Ld. PP Mr. Lokesh Sharma Mr. Arijit Bhusan Bagchi ….for the State. It has been pointed out on behalf of the defacto complainant and the State that the name of the victim is appearing in the website of Sarthac. The concerned website of the High Court is directed to remove the application from the website. So far as the application is concerned, the same is for anticipatory bail. A fresh application be preferred by the 2 petitioner. So far as the present application CRM (A) 2555 of 2026 is concerned, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Department is directed to return the certified copies to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner. So far as the power of the petitioner is concerned, a proper power certified by the embassy be used for filing the application. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
