Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No.031 of 2021 under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 465 of IPC, Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has not criminal history till today. He submits that there is no transaction between the applicant and the informant. He further submits that co-accused Ritesh Mishra, who is the main accused and Vishal Suri have been granted bail by the court below vide orders dated 23.06.2021 and 20.03.2021. He submits that if applicant is enlarged on bail he will not misuse the same. 6. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application. 7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail. 8. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Ravi Kumar be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to the condition that he will not misuse the bail and he will not temper with the witnesses. 9.
