In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the respondents. 3. The present petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a direction to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (North), Prayagraj to decide the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2025 (Misc. Case No. 164 of 2025)(Annexure no 3) within a stipulated time frame, as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court; (ii) Further issue appropriate directions for release of the remaining 40% amount (5,94,000/-) in favour of the petitioner, in the interest of justice." 4. Learned counsel prayed that the said suit may be decided, expeditiously. 5. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (North), Prayagraj to decide the petitioner's application dated 13.09.2025 (Misc. Case No. 164 of 2025), if it is maintainable, expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, subject to legal impediment.
