According to the petitioner, he is a senior employee and is also a serious patient. 3. As per provisions of Transfer Act, 2017, he has made a representation for transfer to the competent authority. Since no decision has been taken on the said representation, he has approached this Court. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, to take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner, as per law, within three months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
