Today, a Corrigendum dated 15-06-2026 to the Show Cause Notice issued to the writ petitioner has been produced. 2. This Court has perused the same and notes that the statement of allegations has been detailed therein. As such, the limited prayer made in the writ petition no longer survives. 3. Mr. S.Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter be adjourned to seek further instructions. He submits that as the Corrigendum to the Show Cause has been received only on 15-06-2026, and 2026:MLHC:615 3 10 days has been given for reply, he prays that the petitioner be allowed two weeks’ time to file reply thereto. 4. This Court in view of these developments notes that no purpose will be served to retain this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, however, by allowing the petitioner two weeks’ time from the date of this order to reply to the said Show Cause. 5.
