This is an office reference for correction of the typographical error with respect to the age of the appellant No.1 – Mahesh Kumar in the cause- title of the order dated 05.12.2025 passed by this Court in Second 3 Appeal No. 149/2012. 2. From perusal of the record of the Second Appeal No. 149/2012, it transpires that the appellant No.1 – Mahesh Kumar was aged about 65 years whereas due to typographical error in the order dated 05.12.2025, the age of the appellant No.1 – Mahesh Kumar has been typed as 05 years instead of 65 years, therefore, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 05.12.2025 needs correction with respect to the age of the appellant No.1 – Mahesh Kumar in the cause-title of the said order. 3. Accordingly, it is ordered and directed that in the order dated 05.12.2025, the age of the appellant No.1 – Mahesh Kumar be read as “aged about 65 years” instead of aged about 05 years. 4.
