Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen and due to the deletion of her name from the voter list, the name of her children has not been included in the voter list of 2002 and, as such, the children of the petitioner are also facing difficulties for getting any employment. 2. He submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the appellate tribunal and prayed for disposal of the appeal as early as possible. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the appellate tribunal is requested to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 19712 of 2026 is disposed of. 5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
