Though this matter has come up for admission, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. This transfer petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.270/2023 filed by husband for divorce before the II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bengaluru Rural to the Court of Family Court, Hassan.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 28.02.2019 and they are blessed with a female child. It is stated that her husband is working as health inspector in Government hospital at Anekal. As she is residing in Hassan along with her parents. The minor child is studying

LKG at her sister's house in Bangalore. She filed Crl.Misc.No.74/2024 before Family Court Hassan, for maintenance and also filed Crl.Misc.No.44/2025 before the same Court for arrears of maintenance, Crl.Misc.No.759/2024 is filed under the provisions of DV Act. The distance between both places is 224 kilometers. Her daughter is suffering from rectal poly and she is having heart problem from 2024, as such it is difficult for her to travel to Bengaluru.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed a translated copies of the relevant documents and stated that in the cross-examination of petitioner conducted in Crl.Misc.No.74/2024 on 03.07.2026, she clearly admitted that she is working in Ravishankar Guruji School, Bengaluru from past 4 years 4 months and getting a salary of Rs.36,500/- per month and also admitted that she is residing in Bengaluru. She stated even prior to the marriage she was residing in hostel at Bengaluru, but after the marriage she stayed with respondent at Dommasandra, Bengaluru. But from 2021 she is residing separately. Her daughter is studying in Sri. Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru. Therefore, her contention is

that she is residing with her parents at Hassan is not established. Therefore, there are no merits in the petition and accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of main petition pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration. Accordingly,
disposed of.
