By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioner has prayed for direction upon concerned police authorities to take steps which would facilitate petitioner to construct boundary wall. It is also submitted that land of petitioner is demarcated and as such there is no impediment in raising boundary wall. 3. State respondents and respondent nos.5 & 6 are represented by learned advocates. 4. Having considered case made out in this writ petition, it appears that petitioner is seeking direction from this Court for raising boundary wall which is not necessary if land of petitioner is duly demarcated by appropriate authority. 5. If land of petitioner is demarcated, petitioner shall be at liberty to take steps for raising boundary wall in accordance with law. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
