JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010284242025 NC: 2026:KHC:47270-DB WA No. 673 of 2025 learned Single Judge in W.P.No.10477/2024 filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2. The respondent Nos.1 and 2 have purchased the property bearing No.188-MIG, 1st Stage, Yelahanka New Town Extension, Bengaluru from one Gurupreet Singh under a registered sale deed dated 17.04.2023. It appears that the appellant claims to have entered into an agreementof sale dated 10.10.2009 in respect of the said property. However, till the impugned order was passed, there was no suit or any proceedings initiated by the appellant to enforce that agreement of sale. 3. The writ Court, therefore, has directed, the respondent-BBMP now, the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) to take appropriate steps and consider the request of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 for change of khata in their favour on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 17.04.2023. 4. We make it clear that we are not expressing any opinion on the suit or other proceedings. Having considered the matter, we find no error or infirmity in the judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge warranting interference in the present intra-Court appeal.
