Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners were arrested on 03.02.2026 and since then he is in custody.
State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery of 25 bottles of Codeine Phosphate was made from the possession of the present petitioners.
I have taken into account the materials appearing in the case diary and the seizure list. On an assessment of the same, I am of the opinion that the recovery is of commercial quantity and the seizure was from the possession of the present petitioners.

Accordingly, I am of the opinion that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted.
Thus, prayer for bail of the petitioners in CRM (NDPS) 1857 of 2026 is dismissed.
Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
