1. The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (Earlier Section 438 of Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.125 dated 29.03.2026, registered under Section 305 of BNS (Earlier Section 380 of IPC), at Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram, Haryana.
2. This Court vide order dated 06.07.2026, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 06.07.2026, the petitioner has already joined the investigation and has fully cooperated with the investigation process.

5. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 06.07.2026 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.).
6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
