Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly situated as other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1802 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that there are two criminal cases under the NDPS Act pending against the present petitioner being Kaliachak PS Case No. 540 of 2020 and Kaliachak PS Case No. 1598 of 2025. Having considered the antecedent of the present petitioner and he being a repeat offender I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1851 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.
