The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award, dated 24.01.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.242 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court) Tiruchirappalli.
2. Despite receipt of notice, the respondents 2 and 3 have not turned up. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent and also perused the records. 4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
