The petitioner’s prayer seeking transfer was considered and allowed. 2. Her name was recommended in respect of a school but when the petitioner went to join the recommended schools, she was informed that there was no vacancy. 3. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the Commission for re-recommend her name in some other school where there is vacancy. 4. Her application seeking re-recommendation is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 5. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commission to recommend the name 2 of the petitioner once again to a school after verifying its vacancy position. 6. It will be open for the petitioner to submit a list of preferred schools to the Commission where she would like to be recommended. 7. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of. 9.
