Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present revision petition, the revenue suit No.160/2024 has been decreed in favour of plaintiff-respondent No.1-Shravani Devi, therefore, the ground for rejection of suit [2026:RJ-JP:8398] (2 of 2) [CR-354/2025] mentioned in the application dated 06.11.2024 filed under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 151 of CPC is no longer available to the defendant/ petitioner. Thus, the present revision petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous due to subsequent development i.e. decree passed in the Revenue Suit No.160/2024. 3.
