Since both these cases are with a prayer for bail and arising out of a common First Information Report, they are being disposed of by this common order. The petitioners are accused in connection with Chowka PS Case No. 21/2023. It has been alleged that the sister and brother-in-law of the informant were murdered by the accused persons. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there has been a delay of three months in institution of the First Information Report. It has further been submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and on such consideration, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.722 of 2024, B.A. No.827 of 2026 and B.A. No. 836 of 2026. Learned A.P.P.s have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations levelled against the petitioners and the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail, as noted above, both the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, Crime Against Woman, Seraikella in connection with Chowka PS Case No. 21/2023, corresponding to S.T.
