JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed the said writ petition seeking for writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.3 to consider the - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010561982026 NC: 2026:KHC:46318 WP No. 25381 of 2026 representation dated 14.01.2026, produced at annexure - D requesting to sanction and pay all terminal benefits along with interest to be effective from the date of retirement till the date of payment. Respondent No.3 has not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider the representation vide Annexure-D and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i.
