JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER Petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2024 vide Annexure-C and to sanction one annual increment for the last year of service rendered by the petitioner as on the date of his retirement with all other consequential monetary benefits including proper fixation of basic, payment of difference and arrears of DCRG, pension arrears, etc., - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010182592025 NC: 2026:KHC:47282 WP No. 9135 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-C. 3. Accordingly, in terms of the Government Order and in view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 31.01.2024 vide Annexure-C in the light of the Government Order dated 04.06.2026 and the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.2771/2026 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
