Syed Sahil ....Respondent(s) Through: CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE YASH PAUL BOURNEY, JUDGE O R D E R 05.10.2026 1. In the instant petition, the petitioner calls in question the order dated 24.07.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, (Designated under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act), Anantnag, whereby interim bail has been granted to the respondent/accused in FIR No. 127/2026 registered at Police Station, Bijbehara for the offences punishable under sections 8/21-29 of NDPS Act. 2. The investigation in the case has already been completed and the charge sheet stands laid. The learned Trial Court, upon consideration of the factual matrix of the case, deemed it appropriate to grant interim bail to the respondent/accused. Since the order impugned is an interim order and a final order is yet to be passed, as such, the petitioner is at liberty to urge all the grounds raised in the instant petition before the learned Trial Court. 3. In view of aforesaid position, the present petition is premature and is, accordingly dismissed. (YASH PAUL BOURNEY) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 05.10.2026 “Dar Manzoor”
