(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to release the payment of the miscellaneous work for water supply executed by the petitioner, against the bills appended to the petition as Annexures P-1 to P-8, amounting ₹96,79,757 along with interest. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the aforementioned bills will be cleared and the sanctioned amount will be credited to the petitioner’s account within four months from today. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 4. Ordered accordingly.
