The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 198/2025, for the offence U/s 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Sections 21, 22, 23 of Banning Unregulated Deposit Scheme Act, pending in the Court of Learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that petitioner has no role whatsoever in running, managing, controlling or operating the alleged company Aryakarta Nidhi Ltd. He also submits that the petitioner has not taken any money. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that innocent persons have been cheated and huge amount to the tune of Rs.1,13,66, 936/- have been misappropriated and the name of the petitioner is published in the bond showing that the petitioner is the shareholder. 5. It is alleged that a sum of Rs.1,13,66,936/- have been 2026:JHHC:3055 2 misappropriated by way of taking the money by inducement from innocent persons and the petitioner is said to be shareholder of the said company, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
