Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM(NDPS)1532 of 2026 on the ground that the independent witnesses have become hostile. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Amin Sk be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the accused in CRM(NDPS)1532 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1887 of 2026 is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
