Grievance of the petitioner in this case is very limited as he seeks direction to respondent No.12/ The Tahsildar Pachpedi, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) to comply the order of Respondent No. 11/The Sub Divisional Officer (Rev.) Masturi, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed in Revenue Case No. 202509071300030/A-27/2024-25, whereas order of the Tahsildar Pachpedi dated 08.09.2021 has been quashed /set-aside and directed to correct the revenue record as it was earlier. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the order dated 30.06.2026 would be complied by the Tahsilder within 30 days. 3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and the submission of State counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar to comply with the order dated 30.06.2026 passed by the SDO (Revenue) Masturi, within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
