The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the second petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13260 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 is relaxed as against the second petitioner and the second petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.Considering the allegations against the first petitioner, the condition is modified to the effect that “The first petitioner shall appear and sign before the concerned judicial Magistrate Court on alternate days i.e on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 5.
