After arguing for sometime, when the Court is not inclined, the learned Advocate for the applicant has submitted that he does not press the present application. Permission as prayed for is granted. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of being not pressed. This Court has not gone into merit of the case. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case since the applicant is an Under Trial Prisoner.
