Issue a Writ of Certiorari & Quash the Order of Externment, issued against the Petitioner vide Order No./Gadiparu/MAG/11/2026 dt:21/07/2026, issued by the Respondent No.2/The Superintendent of Police & Special Executive Magistrate, Kolar District, Kolar, from externing the Petitioner from Kolar District, Police Jurisdiction to Belgaum District, Gokak City P.S jurisdiction, from 21/07/2026 to 20/07/2027, for a period of 1 year, as per Annexure-'A'. b. Issue Writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate Writ or Order directing the Respondents not to interfere with the personal life & liberty of the Petitioner unreasonably, more particularly without giving any written intimation; c. Pass such other Writ/s or Order/s, which are deemed to be fit in the nature and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Essentially, what has been challenged is an order of externment. Before the said order of externment was passed, the petitioner had been served with a notice and was heard. 4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is required to avail the statutory appellate remedy rather than the writ remedy. 5.
