JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 30.06.2026, produced at Annexure-F, insofar as it relates to the petitioner and respondent No.4, shown at Sl.Nos.1 and 2, respectively, and seeks consequential benefits in the interest of justice. 2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for writ of mandamus, contending that the impugned order of transfer is premature. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the minimum tenure of the petitioner is completed. In view of the same, the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, prays to dispose of the writ petition as having rendered infructuous. 4.
