J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 929 dated 23.11.2024 under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 303, 351(3) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Shahbad, District Kurukshetra. This is second petition for regular bail. First petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.04.2026. Learned State counsel has filed status report along with custody certificate and submits that trial is near conclusion, as all 23 prosecution witnesses have been examined in the case. He opposes the prayer for regular bail on this sole ground.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with the prayer that learned trial Court be
directed to expedite disposal of the case. Dismissed as withdrawn.
