The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438 of the Cr.P.C) by the petitioner for grant of pre-arrest bail as the petitioner has been implicated in criminal case arising out of First Information Report as detailed hereinunder:- FIR No. Dated Sections Police Station 133 11.05.2026 109(1), 115, 351(3), 96, 137 of BNS (erstwhile Sections 307, 323, 506, 366A, 359 of IPC) and Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 25 of Arms Act but later on Section 4 of POCSO got deleted and Section 6 of POCSO, Section 238(a) BNS (erstwhile Section 201 IPC) and 27, 54, 57 of Arms Act got introduced Bahalgarh, District Sonipat 2. Vide order dated 04.08.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
