An adjournment is prayed for the Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant. By an order dated 20 May 2025, a Co-ordinate Bench had granted directions for filing of Paper Books and for transmission of the records of the Trial Court Records. 2. It appears from the Report filed by the Department that despite notice of arrival of the Trial Court Records being served on the Advocates appearing on behalf of the appellant as far back as on 20 May 2025 no steps have been taken whatsoever by the appellant. The time to file the Paper Books had also been extended on 30 July 2026, notwithstanding such directions the appellant has taken no steps in the matter. 3.
