This is an application for recall of the order dated 06-05-2026, wherein this Court had directed that the matter proceed ex parte against the respondents No. 4, 5 & 6 in the main writ petition. 2. Mr. J.Suchiang, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that the non-appearance was caused by events beyond the control of the applicants 2026:MLHC:611 3 as consultation was necessary, and that after making an appearance on 02- 06-2026, they came to learn that this Court had ordered an ex parte hearing on 06-05-2026 itself. He prays that some indulgence be shown to the applicants who are illiterate, and that the order dated 06-05-2026 be recalled and the applicants be allowed to participate in the matter. 3. Mr. S.Sen, learned counsel for the writ petitioner/opposite party submits that a perusal of the application would show that the same is signed only by the applicant No. 3 and not by the others, though it is stated that there is an authorisation, the same is not present in the petition. 4. This Court has considered the matter. 5. Considering the circumstances of the applicants, misc. case is allowed and the order dated 06-05-2026, passed in WP(C).
