1. This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 316 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas.
2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is for a decree of declaration that the petitioner is the legally married wife of Majoranjan Dey since deceased and also for a declaration that the petitioner is entitled to get family pension as the widow of the said Monoranjan Dey since deceased.
3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.
4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-
2 on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the Title suit being Title Suit No. 316 of 2023 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind that the petitioner is a senior citizen.
5. C.O. 934 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.
