JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.01.2022 submitted by the petitioners to respondent No.4 vide Annexure-H, wherein the petitioner had requested to extend the benefit of service from 2004 to 2008 and to grant all other consequential benefits except the arrears of wages in terms of the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by this Court in WP No.32619/2013. Despite receipt of the said representation, the same was not considered by respondent Nos.3 and 4. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent Nos.3 and 4 will consider the representation dated - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010192902022 NC: 2026:KHC:47160 WP No. 9407 of 2022 27.01.2022 vide Annexure-H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii. Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation dated 27.01.2022 vide Annexure-H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law; iii. The said exercise shall be made within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; iv. Pending IA(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
