1. The learned advocate representing petitioner father seeks an expeditious disposal of the Misc.Judicial Case no.36 of 2025 filed under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, seeking custody/visitation of the minor children namely, Samiran Roy and Gunjan Roy.
2. The learned advocate submits that an application under Section 12 of the said Act has been filed which has not yet been disposed of, as such he seeks early disposal of the same.

On perusal of the ordersheets, it transpires that the Misc.Judical Case no.36 of 2025 has been filed on 07.11.2025 by the petitioner father and an application under Section 12 of the said Act, praying for granting interim visitation rights to the petitioner in respect of the minor children either at a neutral common place or at the petitioner’s residence. From the last order dated 20.07.2026 it transpires that the hearing of the petition under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, is fixed on 08.09.2026, as such this Court is not inclined to pass any order as regards to expeditious disposal.
4. Hence, the application is rejected.
5. C.O.128 of 2026 is dismissed.
6. Urgent certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties if applied upon completion of all required formalities.
