This appeal is directed against the order dated 05.12.2025 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.2538 of 2025, arising out of Khukhara P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that one Brahamdeo Manjhi @ Sonaram Hembrom @ Brahmadeo had been apprehended by the police and on his disclosure several explosive substances were recovered. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated on the confessional statement of Brahamdeo Manjhi @ Sonaram Hembrom @ Brahmadeo. It has further been submitted that the appellant is in custody since 27.09.2023. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant and has submitted that the appellant has got several criminal antecedents and in fact out of 08 charge-sheet witnesses 05 have been examined so far. 6. On consideration of the manner of implication of the appellant 2026:JHHC:1115-DB 2 and the period of custody undergone by him, we while setting aside the order dated 05.12.2025 passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.2538 of 2025, arising out of Khukhara P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih, subject to the condition that the appellant shall remain physically present before the learned Trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial until prevented by sufficient cause. 7.
