1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.03.2026 (Annexure P-10), passed by respondent No.2/Appellate Authority, insofar as it upheld the findings against the petitioner and imposes the penalty of stoppage of two annual increments without cumulative effect, while modifying the
order dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.1, whereby the penalty of stoppage of two annual increments with cumulative effect has been imposed upon the petitioner. The impugned appellate order has also kept intact the recovery of Rs.6,70,704.94 which is also liable to be quashed. Further, for quashing the order dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.1.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition is fraught with inaccuracies, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 27.08.2026
